The new corporate headquarters for Mack Energy are under construction in Artesia. This design build project is a two-story, 50,000 SF office building for the Mack Energy Corporation that will house executives, geologists, HR, and other key support staff. The building has an exercise room and racquetball court, a 32 foot water feature in the lobby, 6,000 SF of travertine on the exterior and interior of the building, and a basement with 5 vaults for owner storage with two bank vault doors securing the area. The tilt-up exterior panels are an exposed aggregate on the majority of the building with a few sand-blasted panels.
