This project consists of the construction of a new middle school to be located on district owned property west of the intersection of Twin Peaks Blvd and La Plata Highway. The new middle school will accommodate up to 650 students, 6th through 8th grade. The project shall include a total of typical teaching classrooms plus support spaces for a building area of about 91,100 sq. ft. Scope of work includes but is not limited to site and utility work, structural foundations and building elements, masonry concrete and steel load bearing walls, roofing interior and exterior finishes, doors and windows, classroom cabinetry, specialty items and mechanical and electrical work.
