UNM Mitchell Hall Modernization

One of the oldest classroom buildings on campus has now been thoroughly modernized. The comforts and conveniences of students & staff were in mind as the project was planned by adding upgraded restrooms, including new restrooms on the first floor and significant upgrades to the heating, cooling and ventilation systems to provide a more comfortable and energy efficient building.The goals were to improve the physical environment in areas that are significantly deficient and meeting the standards of the 21st century students and faculty. The 50-year-old building will serve as the flagship for modernizing classrooms on the UNM campus.
