The mechanical scope for this project consists of cutting, capping and making safe both the mechanical and plumbing systems in the Tower. Installation of a return air duct and new cover plates for the medical gas to aid in refreshing the area. There will be demolition and installation of new natural gas piping. There is also a fuel oil scope included for the Boiler building.
