This project will include the construction of a new 76,928 sq/ft elementary school in Farmington, NM. The school will b a two-story building containing approximately 41 classrooms as well as a kitchen area, cafeteria, gym, library, storage and teacher workrooms. Mechanical rooms will be located on the second floor in the penthouses. This project also boasts five large “muti-zone” units feeding all of the classrooms, which is an atypical temperature control system.
