Crownpoint Judicial Complex

The Navajo Justice Complex building will house the district court, corrections, law enforcement, and probation, peacemaking program, prosecutors and public defenders. The new facility will be located north of Crownpoint in New Mexico. The Navajo Justice Complex is the second public building under construction on the 27,000 sq/mi Navajo Nation reservation. The first building is a larger public safety complex currently under construction in Tuba City, Arizona. Together, the two buildings are expected to ease cramped jail space. Total construction cost of the project is valued at $38.7M.
