Renovations for High Demand Healthcare Programs. After many months on hold, Brad Moore; CNM Communications Director says “CNM is renovating one of the largest buildings on Main Campus, which will allow for much-needed facility upgrades for the high-demand nursing and healthcare programs. The renovation includes the installation of upgraded labs and a simulated hospital environment, which will better prepare students to deliver the best healthcare possible to citizens in hospitals, clinics and healthcare facilities around the state. Jeannette Stromberg Hall was built in 1985. This renovation is the first opportunity to significantly upgrade the facilities for the nursing and healthcare fields on Main Campus in many years. CNM produces more nurses than any other higher education institution in the state”. The project size of these buildings is 134,808 sq feet, with a total cost of $16M.
